Problem: The challenge we faced was the lack of personalized content for users, particularly concerning the 2023 Super Bowl. This problem resulted in minimal client engagement within the app and Super Bowl experience overall. Our goal with this new entity selector was to encourage customers to spend more time within the app, engaging in the complete Super Bowl digital experience rather than just checking the score or player stats.
Goal: To craft an engaging Super Bowl Follow Prompt experience that seamlessly guides users in choosing their favorite entities, ensuring a user-friendly interaction.
Solution: Instead of a the current mobile onboarding experience, users will be able to interact with our Follow Prompt Super Bowl Module. Users will have the ability to select up to 25 favorites/entities throughout their digital experience.
